Terms of use, in plain English
Kitchen Table is free to play. These are the simple ground rules for using it.
Using Kitchen Table
You’re welcome to play the games on your computer, tablet or phone, for yourself, your family and your friends. You don’t need an account or any payment.
Please be kind to the site
- Don’t try to break the site, overload it, or get into parts of it that aren’t meant for you.
- Don’t copy the site and pass it off as your own, or use it to mislead anyone.
Our work
The games, pictures and words on Kitchen Table belong to us. Please don’t republish them without asking. Linking to the site, and sharing it with someone who might enjoy it, is always welcome.
Accounts
An account is optional. If you make one, please keep your sign-in codes to yourself and only use your own email address. We may close an account that is used to abuse the site. You can delete your own account at any time in Settings, and everything saved in it is deleted with it (see Privacy).
Your games and settings
Your settings and any game in progress are saved in your own browser, on your own device (see Privacy). If you clear your browser’s data, or switch to a different device or browser, they won’t come with you.
No promises
We work hard to make Kitchen Table reliable and enjoyable, but we provide it “as is”. We can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and we’re not responsible for any loss that comes from using it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law where you live.
Changes
Games come and go, and we may change or stop parts of the site. We may also update these terms, and the date below will change when we do. Carrying on using the site means you’re happy with the current version.
